NKountr Regional Youth Rally this Friday

Voices of Revival Weekly Update

The pace hasn’t slowed down this month. Between podcast episodes, events, and regional ministry collaborations, the last several weeks have been packed with conversations centered around discipleship, community, and raising up the next generation of believers. This week continued that momentum with two more powerful podcast conversations and a major youth gathering on the horizon.

Below is a look at the most recent Voices of Revival episodes since our last newsletter and what’s coming next.

Voices of Revival Episode 165

Learning to Be Elisha Before Elijah

With Ryan Johnson

Episode 165 featured a powerful return conversation with prophetic voice Ryan Johnson. The discussion centered around calling, preparation, and the often overlooked seasons of hidden growth that come before public ministry. Ryan shared insight into what it means to walk faithfully in the small assignments God gives before stepping into larger ones. The conversation challenged listeners to embrace humility, patience, and spiritual maturity rather than chasing platforms or recognition. The central theme was simple but weighty: before someone carries the mantle of Elijah, they must first learn the posture and faithfulness of Elisha.

Quotes from the episode

• “Everybody wants the mantle of Elijah, but very few people want the process of Elisha.”

• “God prepares you in the hidden places long before He ever puts you on a platform.”

• “If you can’t be faithful in the quiet seasons, you won’t be ready for the louder ones.”

Voices of Revival Episode 166

Youth Pastor Panel

Episode 166 brought together a panel of youth pastors and leaders for an honest conversation about the state of youth ministry today. The discussion explored the challenges facing the next generation, the responsibility leaders carry to disciple students well, and the importance of creating environments where young people can genuinely encounter God. Rather than focusing on programs or entertainment, the conversation emphasized mentorship, spiritual formation, and raising up students who live out their faith beyond church services. The panel offered encouragement to youth leaders while also highlighting the incredible potential within the next generation.

Quotes from the episode

• “Youth ministry isn’t about building a crowd — it’s about raising disciples.”

• “Students don’t just need events, they need people who will walk with them.”

• “If we invest deeply in this generation now, the Church will feel the fruit of it for decades.”

Voices of Revival Episode 167

With Ian Francis, Colin Lawson, and Kellen Sargent Eckert

Episode 167 brought together a group of young leaders who are actively stepping into bold faith and ministry at a young age. The conversation centered around discipleship, revival culture, and what it really means to build communities of believers that go beyond Sunday services. Rather than focusing on platforms or pulpit ministry, the discussion emphasized the power of doing life together, walking alongside people, and investing deeply in others. It was an honest and encouraging look at what God is doing through young believers who are stepping forward with hunger, unity, and a willingness to grow.

Quotes from the episode

• “God’s heart is not to see you standing behind a pulpit with a mic in your hand. God’s desire is to see you leading communities.”

• “The community trumps the pulpit.”

• “If we want the revival the early church had, we have to have the same unity and devotion they had.”

Voices of Revival Episode 168

With David Coffey, Chris Pilcher, and Ian Francis

Episode 168 was an unexpected but powerful conversation that blended humor, theology, discipleship, and community. What began as a last-minute cast change turned into a deep discussion about spiritual disciplines, reading Scripture, and how believers develop lasting faith. The group unpacked the value of habits like reading the Word daily, learning alongside others, and creating environments where new believers can grow. Through the laughter and banter, the central theme emerged clearly: authentic Christian community is one of the greatest gifts God gives the Church.

Quotes from the episode

• “The best way to read the Bible is whatever way you’re actually going to do every day.”

• “If you love this book and you study this book, the Holy Spirit will bring it back to your remembrance.”

• “If you can find real community in the church, cherish it — because that’s what it’s all about.”

Coming Tonight – Episode 169

Looking ahead to this week, we have one more Voices of Revival episode coming tonight.

Episode 169 – with Elijah Beers

We will be catching up with Elijah and also looking ahead to this upcoming weekend as he travels in from Kentucky to minister at the NKountr Regional Youth Rally. Elijah carries a powerful heart for revival and youth ministry, and we’re excited to hear what God has been doing in his life and ministry as we prepare for the weekend ahead.

The episode goes live tonight at 10 PM.

NKountr Regional Youth Rally

Kingdom Sports Center – Franklin, Ohio

The main focus of this week is the upcoming NKountr Regional Youth Rally happening this Friday night at the Kingdom Sports Center in Franklin, Ohio.

This is shaping up to be one of the most exciting youth gatherings we have hosted yet.

The night will begin with a regional youth service at 7 PM, led by students from multiple churches across the region. These students are stepping forward in bold faith.

We have an incredible worship team lined up, and Elijah Beers will be joining us from Kentucky to share the message God has placed on his heart.

Following the service, the doors will remain open until 1 AM for a night of fellowship, games, and sports.

Here’s what to expect:

• Regional youth service at 7 PM
• Students leading from multiple churches and ministries
Elijah Beers bringing the message
Free pizza for everyone attending
• Open concessions available
• Volleyball and basketball games
3v3 basketball tournament with a $300 prize
• Youth groups and after-school Christian groups from multiple school districts expected to attend

Entry is $20 per person.

We are expecting a large turnout with youth groups from across the region coming together for worship, fellowship, and community. If you know students in the area, invite them and bring them out for the night.

We are believing God for a powerful move among the next generation.

Update on Our Weekly Prayer List

You may have noticed we did not release a weekly prayer list last week.

That pause was intentional.

As I went to push the list out, I realized that it had begun to feel repetitive. It felt like we were releasing it simply out of habit rather than out of fresh direction. When that realization hit me, it felt important to pause rather than continue pushing something forward out of routine.

Our team of intercessors is currently taking time to reflect and pray over the prayer list together. The goal right now is to discern the core heart of what we are praying for, and to simplify the list so that it reflects the true focus God is placing in front of us.

Instead of continuing with a long repetitive list, we are working to refine it down to the central things God is highlighting.

Once we identify that core focus, we plan to stand firmly on it and begin asking the next question together:

“God, what is next?”

This is simply a season of pausing so we do not fall into doing spiritual things out of habit.

If anyone would like to become involved with our team of intercessors, please feel free to reach out. We would love to connect with others who have a heart to cover these things in prayer.
