Cotey Hembree – Winning Souls, Not Arguments

Monday night with Pastor Cotey Hembree was a deep dive into prayer, love and the danger of needing to be right more than we need to win souls.

Key themes from Cotey’s heart:

1. Prayer is the Engine of the Kingdom

Not a side piece. Not an accessory.
It is the foundation.
Cotey shared how Freedom Point Church has cultivated a culture where prayer isn’t optional—it’s what everything else is built upon.

2. Worship = Obedience

Cotey reframed worship biblically:
Not a guitar. Not a set list. Not a vibe.
Worship is obedience and sacrifice.

3. Love That Looks Like Jesus

In a triggered culture, biblical love gets mislabeled as hate.
Cotey reminded us:
Our job is not to win arguments. Our job is to win souls.

4. Truth & Love Are Not Opposites

Modern Christianity often swings between two extremes:

• Hyper-truth with no compassion (harsh, cold, reactive)

• Hyper-love with no truth (soft, affirming, unbiblical)

But biblical love rejoices in truth.
Cotey said it clearly:
You can speak in tongues, prophesy, give everything away—but without love, it’s noise.

It was a call to prayerful, patient, soul-winning Christianity.

Tia Haresh & Destaney Stephens – Jesus Reverses the Impossible

Tuesday night was unforgettable.
Tia and Destaney brought one of the most powerful testimonies Voices of Revival has ever hosted.

Destaney’s Miracle:

Destaney shared openly about her journey through gender confusion and transition.
She took testosterone.
Doctors told her plainly:

But Jesus had other plans.

As she surrendered to Christ, her body began to change.
Physically.
Visibly.
Medically “impossible” things began to reverse.

Her story is not theory.
It is evidence that:

Jesus heals the parts of your story the world says are irreversible.

Tia helped frame the night around identity, repentance and discipleship.
Together they made something clear:

God does not just forgive sin — He restores what was stolen.

I met Collin last week.
I’m not sure I’ve ever met a young man quite like him.

While still in high school, he launched a ministry feeding the homeless in Middletown.
No platform.
No spotlight.
Just obedience.

God is doing an incredible work in Collin’s life, and we’re honored to introduce him to the VOR family.

COMING EARLY 2025 — Dreams & Visions Intensive

(Originally scheduled for December — now moving to the beginning of the year)

We are building a 40+ session teaching intensive on Dreams and Visions. I’m very deep in the preparation phase—actually nearing completion. To be honest, this has been far more in-depth than I expected. At first, I wasn’t even sure we’d have enough material. Our previous intensives have capped around 30 sessions. But honestly, I think we can easily reach 60 sessions on this topic. Scripture says a lot about dreams and visions, far more than most people realize.

**Dreams & Visions:

Every passage. Every story. Every biblical precedent.**

We will walk through:

• Every dream in the Bible

• Every vision in the Bible

• How God spoke

• Why God spoke

• How dreams & visions function prophetically

• How they tie directly into the end-time outpouring

The modern church labels dreams & visions as “strange” only because we do not understand them.

But biblically?
They are not strange at all.

They are normal in a Spirit-filled life.

And Scripture is painfully clear:

**Dreams & visions are part of what God says end-time revival looks like.

It is irrefutable.
To deny it is to openly reject what Scripture plainly teaches.**

This intensive will be one of the most comprehensive projects we’ve ever built.

LOOKING AHEAD TO 2026

While December is full, we are already preparing to cross into 2026 with intentionality and fire.

1. Beginning 2026 in Prayer — Again

Just like we began 2025, we will begin 2026 with:

20+ Friday Night Prayer Meetings

leading us into Riverfront Revival.

These nights till the soil of the region.
Prayer is what prepares the ground.
Prayer is what breaks resistance.
Prayer is what births revival.

2. Voices of Revival Expanding: New Weekly Shows

In 2026 we plan to launch:

• A second weekly show hosted by someone completely new

• Possibly two additional shows, each with different hosts at the start of the year

• Wouldn’t it be cool to end 2026 with a different show every night of the week? 😉

This means more voices, more testimonies, more perspectives —
all carrying the same fire.

3. Transitioning to Official Voices of Revival Pages

We are beginning a two-month migration off personal accounts and onto official VOR platforms.

A Voices of Revival Facebook page has already been created —
but Facebook requires the page to exist for 60 days before going live.

So across the next two months:

• Streams

• Clips

• Updates

• Announcements

…will begin shifting to the new pages.

We will keep you updated every step of the way.
