A look back at NKountr
We sent out a second email last week, on the day of the NKountr event, with a collection of prayer requests. I am glad to report that every single request was moved upon by the Lord. It was beautiful.
A large group from one of our local high school football teams attended, and every single one of them ended up at the altar in prayer by the close of the service. The youth group from The Oasis at Stratford Heights Church of God ministered through drama, and as they did, God was touching hearts—people were openly weeping.
Ian Francis, a 17-year-old who has been on Voices of Revival twice now, brought the Word that night. Like the drama team, as he ministered, people where moved to tears by the Holy. God’s presence was profound from start to finish, and by the end of the night, 13 teenagers boldly said “yes” to Jesus.
As I stood there watching the basketball court transformed into a makeshift altar, I could do nothing but weep in the presence of God.
Thank You, Jesus.
To our readers—please keep those 13 teenagers in your prayers.

A look back at Episode 108 of Voices of Revival
Ian Francis not only ministered at NKountr, but we had him on Voices of Revival last week as we led up to the event. In Episode 108, Ian spoke with raw urgency about the need for believers to move beyond passivity and step into the life God has called them to. He challenged the normalization of things like anxiety, depression, and addiction, pointing to the unchanging nature of God and His power to set people free. Drawing from James 1 and Hebrews 13:8, Ian emphasized that God’s call is not for us to merely hear the Word but to live it out as active doers. The conversation was charged with conviction, calling listeners to yield fully to God, take responsibility for their walk, and refuse to settle for surface-level Christianity.
As the discussion unfolded, Ian shared about open doors at his school to start Bible studies and reach young people with the gospel. His vision for revival is not a one-week event but a sustained move of God that transforms lives daily. Together, we explored the importance of tending to the fire of revival like the priests in the Old Testament, incorporating prayer into every effort, and stepping into seemingly impossible assignments with faith that God will do what He has promised. The episode closed with Ian delivering a heartfelt exhortation for full surrender, urging believers to put pride aside, pick up their spiritual sword, and actively take ground for the Kingdom.
Five Most Powerful Quotes from Episode 108
"It’s time to quit being a watcher and start being a doer—flat out."
"We’ve normalized a bunch of junk that’s not of God, and once you become okay with it, you stop trying to fix it."
"If I sin, that’s on me. That’s my flesh, my fault—I’ll take accountability."
"Revival is every day—people being spiritually revived and turning to God."
"God is looking for full surrender. If you don’t do it, who will?"

Tuesday Discipleship Calls
Our Tuesday night discipleship group exists to raise up the next generation of leaders who know the Word, walk in the Spirit, and live out the call of God on their lives. This past week, we dove into Acts 2:1–13, focusing on the day of Pentecost, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and the gift of tongues. We explored how tongues operate in different ways—bridging language barriers, serving as a tool for prayer, and bringing forth prophetic utterances that require interpretation. The discussion was filled with powerful teaching moments, practical apologetics on defending the gift of tongues, and real-life testimonies from the men in the group.
This session tapped into something different—there was a tangible hunger in the room. One of the young men shared he previously had only spoken in tongues once during a powerful altar experience. In the aftermath of last week’s call he has now begun to make it a daily discipline in his prayer life.
This week we will break from our Acts study. Instead, each of our guys have been given a link to a podcast interview with one of the leaders from the Asbury Revival. The task is simple: listen to the interview before Tuesday, and come ready to discuss it during our session.
The interview cited is a podcast I would highly recommend to all our readers. Check it out!
Top 5 Quotes from last week’s session
“The Holy Spirit doesn’t just come on you—He now dwells in you. That changes everything.”
“You don’t achieve a gift. God gives it freely because He’s good.”
“Speaking in tongues is the Spirit of God inside of you praying the will of God through you.”
“The difference between the Old and New Testament is that God’s presence moved from being behind a veil to living inside His people.”
“When God moves, some will be amazed, and some will mock—don’t let the mockers stop you from pressing in.”

“Pile of Stones” — A Revival & Discipleship Intensive
On August 29th & 30th, Voices of Revival has been invited to partner with Temple of Praise Church in Miamisburg, Ohio to host a Revival and Discipleship Intensive focused on the topic of prayer.
Here’s the speaker lineup for the weekend:
Friday, 7 PM – Bradley Higgins
Saturday, 10 AM – David Pinter – The Prayer Life of Jesus
Saturday, 11 AM – Misty Shotwell – Intercession
Saturday, 12 PM – Keenan Snider – Hearing God
Saturday, 7 PM – Mikey Lamb
The theme “Pile of Stones” is drawn from the imagery of Old Testament altars. When Elijah erected a stone altar and prayed, God answered by fire. When Solomon did the same, God answered by fire.
Today, we no longer build physical altars or offer burnt sacrifices. Instead, we present ourselves as living sacrifices. In the Upper Room, 120 believers gathered in one accord, offering themselves in prayer—and again, God answered by fire.

Weekly Word with Keenan Snider
SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM
Scripture:
“But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
Matthew 6:30–33 ESV
The Lord Spoke to Me
This afternoon, the Lord spoke to me and said:
“My sons and daughters worry about the things of this world so often. They are weighed down by anxieties and concerns.”
Then He continued:
“All they need to do is seek Me! Everything they need is found in Me. Tell them to trust Me. Tell them to believe that if they seek after Me, I will provide what they need!”
Encouragement for Today
Brothers and sisters, put your trust in Him.
He will provide.
He will heal.
He will be your freedom.
Just seek Him and have faith!

Your financial support is the lifeblood of everything we do. God continues to open incredible doors, and when I look at what has been accomplished, it honestly doesn’t make sense in the natural. In total transparency, each NKountr event has carried a price tag of around $1,600, and Riverfront Revival cost around $5,000. We’ve now held three NKountr gatherings and Riverfront Revival—without any official financial partners. We have simply walked by faith, watching God provide every time a need arose.
Until this past NKountr, we had always stayed in the green. We ended Friday nights NKountr $450 in the hole. Thankfully, God provided the means to resolve it quickly, but the reality is that unless financial support comes in, I’m not sure how we can maintain our current doors or say “yes” to new opportunities. Pray that God would send the right partners or give us clarity on how to move forward.
